Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simple fix not so simple We have an LG fridge, a few error codes occur and it needs to be fix. It's going on three week living out of a ice chest. Service couldn't find a technician so ask us to and we did but they refuse to send parts to the company if my wife calls. I mean who cares who calls, send the part to the the business so we can have food again. W will see maybe it will get better, maybe not just shouldn't have to go back and forth with trying to get parts. I'll change this review if it gets better

This refrigerator is excellent it has many cost saving incentives and let’s face it we have to keep up with the times we need a refrigerator that has Wi-Fi capability such as this one. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking to upgrade their current refrigerator.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything we wanted! Actually we bought this in February 2020 - It is now August 28th and we are in the midst of changing the water filter. Unfortunately, neither my wife nor I can make the filter budge to come out of the socket and we are currently on hold with LG customer service. We believe, (hope) that they are trying to find a repairman to get this thing out. After we have watched several YouTube tutorials and turned the filter to the left and pulled, the plastic socket starts moving about and I'm sure will break loose if I pull too hard. What else can I do? Home Depot can't do anything about it. Once sold they are out of the picture. We are still on the line - 39 minutes so far and still going. Other than this issue we have had a very good experience with this refrigerator.

(includes handles). That means you will need a clearance of at least 4 1/2" on either side for the doors to open 90?. The door bins can be removed with the doors open 90?...^IFV

The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 26 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled French Door Refrigerator, Model # LFXS26973S has a depth of 27 3/4" (27.75") with the doors removed. The recommended procedure for moving the refrigerator through a narrow opening when necessary is to remove the doors & mode the refrigerator through the opening on its side. You will need to notify the retailer that the doors need to be removed so that the delivery team being the proper tools to remove the doors when they deliver the refrigerator...^IFV

So I open top doors and cannot feel airflow. Is this normal within the first 25 hours or does it tend to stop airflow when doors are open?
